Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, economic, social, and geopolitical domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for 2026+ horizons
- Lead executive workshops on future implications and strategic pivots
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for emerging opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Translate complex future insights into executable business strategies and roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change initiatives
- Published work or speaking engagements in futurism, innovation, or strategic foresight
