Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps for AI, biotech, and climate tech verticals
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-ready strategies into organizational DNA
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, economic, and technological uncertainties
- Curate and lead cross-functional innovation sprints with venture-backed startups
- Present strategic foresight insights to board members and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of emerging capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
