Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop future scenario models for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Architect innovation frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Lead strategic foresight workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Produce trend reports and white papers for industry thought leadership
- Build partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and World Economic Forum
- Translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy or technology foresight roles
- Published author on emerging tech trends (IEEE, Harvard Business Review)
- Deep expertise in biotech convergence and quantum computing applications
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
