Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech, quantum computing) to map 3-5 year innovation trajectories
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise clients facing 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-ready strategic priorities
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging paradigm shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate moonshot projects targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate complex foresight data into compelling narratives for C-suite decision-makers
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related quantitative field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks implemented at scale
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS, CFP) preferred
