Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ technological and societal trends
- Lead scenario planning and horizon scanning to identify disruptive forces and opportunities
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with executive teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Establish metrics for measuring innovation ROI and adoption of emerging technologies
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work, AI, and sustainable development
- Champion experimental projects in emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record in developing and implementing future-focused transformation programs
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global markets
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFt, SFI) preferred
