Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives

- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Partner with venture capital firms to scout and invest in emerging startups aligned with our vision
- Design and implement agile innovation frameworks to accelerate R&D cycles
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior innovation strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-disrupting technologies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Strong network connections within Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (required)
