Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Advise C-suite on strategic pivots and investment opportunities in emerging ecosystems
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Map competitive landscapes and disruptor threats across 15+ industries
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 3-5 year future scenarios
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent advanced degree required
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leader with 50+ articles/white papers on future trends
- Experience leading global teams across cultural and technological boundaries
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, etc.)
