Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, demographic shifts, and global megatrends to forecast industry evolution through 2030
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic foresight framework for the organization
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate future-proof business models
- Present future scenario analyses to executive leadership and Board of Directors
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Integrate foresight into product roadmaps, market entry strategies, and R&D priorities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and future scenario publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech trends
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
- Experience managing innovation pipelines in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
