Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Produce high-impact strategic briefings for C-suite stakeholders on emerging threats and opportunities
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer breakthrough technologies
- Design and execute organizational change management programs for future workforce transformation
- Author thought leadership publications on exponential technology convergence and societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field certification
- Proven track record of developing actionable 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for disruptive technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences and public speaking at global forums
- Strong network of relationships with futurists, VCs, and technology pioneers
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation initiatives
