Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Develop quantitative/qualitative frameworks for assessing emerging technology impacts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Build and manage a network of futurist thought leaders and academic partnerships
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into market-disrupting initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Experience scaling innovation frameworks in enterprise environments
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
