Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning market shifts with organizational growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation culture and future-proofing initiatives
- Present foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize breakthrough projects for 2026 product launches
- Monitor global policy/regulatory impacts on technology adoption trajectories
- Author thought leadership content positioning company as future authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record translating complex futures into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating future visions to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) required
