Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and business transformation

- Produce trend reports and predictive models for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish foresight frameworks for long-term competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record of translating trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, Web3, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
