Responsibilities

- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities and risk mitigation
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers positioning our company as a future-shaper
- Analyze geopolitical, economic, and technological vectors to anticipate market inflection points
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proof principles into development lifecycles
- Maintain a dynamic trend intelligence dashboard with predictive analytics capabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional command of quantitative forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact analysis)
- Demonstrated experience influencing C-suite decisions with future-oriented recommendations
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, climate tech)
- Portfolio published in peer-reviewed journals or industry-leading publications
