Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical trends, and behavioral shifts to map 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate futuristic insights into product roadmaps
- Present trend forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership content on future-proofing organizations
- Quantify future risks/opportunities using data modeling and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Strategy, Economics, or Technology (MBA/MSc preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Exceptional communication skills for executive storytelling
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in futurism or strategic foresight (e.g., APF) preferred
