Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies for early trend detection
- Mentor junior futurists and facilitate strategic workshops
- Present findings to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism roles
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Proven track record of influencing C-level decisions
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Portfolio published foresight projects or scenario planning work
