Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and quantify emerging technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize R&D investments based on future viability
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive trends and their strategic implications
- Design and implement foresight frameworks using AI-powered trend analysis
- Coordinate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities
- Author quarterly trend reports with actionable recommendations for leadership
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep familiarity with exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Strong data literacy with experience in predictive modeling tools
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF) preferred
