- Produce annual Future Horizons reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight insights into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record of integrating foresight into corporate strategy execution
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon scanning, Delphi methods, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping projects in tech or innovation sectors
- Global mindset with exposure to diverse cultural and technological landscapes
