Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise clients facing transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and business plans
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging paradigms in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Advise C-suite executives on future-proofing organizational capabilities and governance models
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Maintain proprietary foresight database using proprietary predictive analytics tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Experience with foresight tools like Horizon Scanning or Delphi Method
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented analyses or strategic frameworks
