Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops and create actionable future-state roadmaps
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate future insights into innovation pipelines
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders across all organizational levels
- Establish metrics to track future-readiness and strategic alignment
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures simply
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published thought leadership
