Qualifications

- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or trend analysis roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in AI, biotech, or sustainable technologies
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
