- Produce annual 'Future Horizons' report with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years of strategic planning experience
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions in tech or sustainability sectors
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, synthetic biology, renewable energy)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research preferred
