Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze global macro-trends across technology, sociology, economics, and ecology to forecast disruptive shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026-2030 horizons
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing advancements
- Present future insights to executive teams through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Produce annual Future State reports with actionable strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology journals
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
