- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and autonomous systems
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on future disruption
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Manage a $2M innovation budget for prototyping next-gen solutions
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and data scientists
- Establish industry partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and Singularity University
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 100 or innovation consultancy
- Published research on AI ethics, climate tech, or space economics
- Expertise in predictive modeling using Python, R, or TensorFlow
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite decisions with future-oriented frameworks
- Deep understanding of Web3, synthetic biology, and quantum encryption
- Fluency in scenario-planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future concepts
