Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into strategic priorities
- Produce high-impact briefings for executive teams on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Design and pilot innovation sprints focused on 2026 market opportunities
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors

Qualifications

- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)

- Track record of influencing C-level decisions through data-driven scenarios
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ years of trend-to-strategy translation
