- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite stakeholders and product teams
- Translate foresight into product requirements and go-to-market strategies
- Partner with R&D to validate emerging technologies through rapid prototyping
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-oriented thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in forecasting technology adoption curves and market shifts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC preferred)
