Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic recommendations
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and innovation roadmaps for C-suite decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer next-generation methodologies
- Champion organizational adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, etc.)
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and strategic communication
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic shifts affecting 2026+ business landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, Web3)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic transformations
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic initiatives launched 2020-2025
