Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks incorporating tech trends, socio-economic shifts, and disruptive innovations
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive stakeholders, translating complex futures into strategic priorities
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech ecosystems
- Design and maintain a living 2026 innovation pipeline with measurable KPIs
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global industry forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (generative AI, Web3, climate tech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional facilitation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Published research or patents in foresight methodologies or technology forecasting
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
