Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential tech trends (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating post-2025 paradigm shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategies with future-state capabilities
- Author white papers on human-AI symbiosis and ethical governance for emerging technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2030 societal challenges (climate resilience, longevity)
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite executives and industry thought leaders
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist researchers and innovation catalysts
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of publishing trend analyses or scenario planning frameworks
- Expertise in at least two exponential tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with validated outcomes
