Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 2026-2030 impact
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise adaptation to exponential change
- Produce annual Future State Reports with quantitative trend analysis and qualitative foresight
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on emerging technology adoption pathways
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational readiness for 2026 digital transformation
- Advise on ethical implications of future-facing technologies and regulatory compliance
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum applications, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPC, CFS) or equivalent advanced degree
- Exceptional data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or D3.js
- Experience with Delphi method and cross-impact matrix methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementation
