Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global tech trends, market shifts, and societal disruptions to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with multi-year implementation plans
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders through data-driven storytelling
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs
- Drive organizational culture of futurist thinking through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
