Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, investment strategies, and market positioning in rapidly evolving sectors like AI, biotechnology, and sustainable infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Develop comprehensive future scenario models and strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizons
- Present actionable insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives across 15+ industries to identify paradigm-shifting innovations
- Collaborate with product development teams to integrate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database using advanced analytics tools
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Published author or speaker at global futurism/innovation conferences
