Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) through market research and academic partnerships
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, and climate tech disruption
- Present quarterly futures briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership pieces for industry publications and conferences
- Collaborate with venture capital arm to evaluate frontier startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published work on technological singularity or 4IR implications
- Proficiency in trend mapping tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-to-market transitions
- Security clearance (Top Secret) preferred
