Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global technology foresight strategy
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies
- Produce high-impact trend reports published in MIT Technology Review and Wired
- Build and manage a network of 200+ futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Design AI-powered prediction models for emerging market disruptions
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and UN Innovation Forums
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in AI ethics, climate tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with quantitative forecasting tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major industry disruptions accurately predicted
