Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align organizational vision with emerging technological trends
- Author white papers and thought leadership content positioning our company at the forefront of innovation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex technological forecasts into actionable business strategies for executive teams
- Oversee the creation of immersive 'future-state' prototypes and simulations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology) and societal impacts
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry journals or conferences
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Trendmapper, Horizonscan)
