- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling future-focused solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry thought leaders
- Quantify market opportunities and risks associated with emerging technology adoption
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record in translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CPS)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Published thought leadership in technology or strategy publications
