- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)

- Quantify market disruption risks and innovation opportunities
- Produce foresight reports influencing R&D priorities and investment
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into roadmaps
- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurism roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record translating foresight into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism/tech innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP preferred)
