As the 2026 Vision Lead, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to develop actionable future scenarios, build strategic resilience frameworks, and pioneer breakthrough methodologies for long-term planning. Your insights will directly influence multi-billion dollar investments and organizational transformations.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and quantify disruptive trends across tech, geopolitics, and societal shifts
- Develop proprietary scenario-planning models and risk-mitigation strategies for volatile futures
- Deliver executive-level presentations to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Publish thought leadership pieces on future-proofing organizations for 2026 and beyond
- Oversee development of AI-powered trend-analysis platforms and predictive modeling tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic risk assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published author or speaker at global futurism conferences (WFS, etc.)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
