Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate future trends into actionable business initiatives
- Produce quarterly trend reports and disruption assessments for C-suite stakeholders
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for Fortune 500 partners
- Oversee the creation of patentable IP in emerging technology domains
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization capabilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications
