- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Publish thought leadership whitepapers and keynote industry conferences
- Mentor a team of futurists and build an organizational foresight ecosystem
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into 3-year roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 impact
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from WFS or APF)
