Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for tech, climate, and socio-economic domains
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives and board members
- Identify and analyze disruptive signals across AI, biotech, and emerging markets
- Produce quarterly trend briefings and horizon scanning reports
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term market evolution
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future-facing concepts
- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
