Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework for enterprise clients
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Produce trend reports on AI governance, climate tech, and biotechnology convergence
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Manage a global team of futurists and data scientists
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investor groups
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and WEF Future Councils
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices
- Experience with strategic planning tools like Palisade @Risk or SAP Analytics
- Deep understanding of ESG frameworks and impact investing landscapes
- Track record of driving $50M+ strategic initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
