Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical AI implementation and sustainable tech adoption
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish innovation partnerships with leading research institutions and venture capital firms
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of predicting tech trends with documented impact on business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with proficiency in scenario planning tools
- Certification in Futures Research (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent analytical methodology
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year technology predictions
