- Build talent pipelines for emerging tech roles (quantum computing, neuro-tech, sustainable AI)
- Develop employer branding campaigns targeting 2026's workforce expectations
- Analyze recruitment data using predictive analytics to optimize hiring funnels
- Lead immersive candidate experiences through VR/AR interview technologies
- Champion DEI initiatives in next-generation talent acquisition
- Partner with product teams to anticipate future skill requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with AI/quantum/neuro-tech roles
- Proficiency in AI recruitment tools (HireVue, Eightfold, Paradox)
- Expertise in metaverse and VR recruitment technologies
- Advanced data literacy with predictive analytics experience
- Certification in Future Workforce Planning (preferred)
- Portfolio showcasing innovative recruitment campaigns
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech trends and skill demands
- Experience with blockchain-based credential verification
