Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
- Lead research initiatives into emerging AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready applications.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce computational costs for high-volume deployments.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring global tech trends and integrating novel techniques into our pipeline.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the AI division.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of neural architectures, transformers, and NLP techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to publish research papers or contribute to open-source AI projects.
