Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and maintain a comprehensive strategic roadmap that aligns with company goals, identifying key milestones and deliverables for the 2026 timeframe.
- Strategic Roadmap Execution: Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Market & Technology Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership and operational teams, translating high-level strategy into actionable plans.
- Crisis & Change Management: Lead the organization through potential disruptions and technological shifts, ensuring business continuity and agility.
- Innovation Integration: Identify and integrate disruptive technologies that will provide a competitive advantage leading up to 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate complex concepts into clear, actionable strategies.
