Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in emerging technologies

- Proven track record leading complex R&D initiatives with measurable impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Deep understanding of ISO 26000 and ESG compliance frameworks
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on futuristic technologies
- Certification in Quantum Security Architecture (QSA) or equivalent
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
