Responsibilities
- Manage and process complex government case files with strict attention to accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within the public sector or local government.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and government-specific software.
