Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate interdepartmental projects and state agency initiatives.
- Prepare, review, and edit complex government documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Act as the primary liaison between state agencies, vendors, and the public.
- Ensure strict compliance with state and federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Perform research and data analysis to support executive decision-making processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in government or public sector administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government case management software.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
