Responsibilities
- Manage official correspondence, records, and documentation with strict confidentiality protocols
- Provide exceptional constituent support via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Coordinate departmental scheduling, meetings, and logistics for public officials
- Process financial transactions, permits, and licensing applications with precision
- Utilize municipal software systems for data entry and record management

Qualifications

- 2+ years administrative experience in government/public sector
