Responsibilities
- Manage departmental calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Process confidential documents, records, and correspondence with discretion
- Perform data entry, report generation, and record maintenance using municipal systems
- Assist constituents with inquiries regarding city services and programs
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Support budget tracking and financial documentation processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience in government or regulated environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background clearance
- Knowledge of public records management protocols
- Valid Arizona driver's license
